Cape Fear Habitat provides affordable housing opportunities to those between 30% and 80 % Area Median Income to individuals and families in New Hanover, Pender and Duplin Counties. Through its Homeownership Program, it provides the opportunity for those who would not otherwise have the ability to secure a conventional mortgage a pathway to homeownership. The Home Repair Program provides critical repairs for who already own their homes but cannot afford repairs. Two area ReStores generate revenue to support this mission.
