We are a woman owned company and have been in business for about 20 years now. We are headquartered in Wilmington and have offices in Raleigh and Charlotte. We specialize in all types of commercial roof systems (membrane, modified/built up, metal, shingles) and offer new construction, repairs, roof replacements, and preventative maintenance plans. We are licensed installers of almost all manufacturers so work performed would be covered under manufacturing warranties without voiding any currently active warranties.
On the service side of the business, we pride ourselves on communication and good work. The account managers at Highland handle both the roof repairs and roof replacement opportunities. This works great for a lot of our customers because they have one point of contact for anything roof related.
As far as a resume, we work with a lot of the top property management companies, school systems, hospitals, and industrial facilities throughout North and South Carolina. We are licensed in 3 states – NC, SC, and VA.
